Affirmations

Talk to yourself like a friend would.

You talk to yourself all day long. Most of it you would never say to a friend. A few minutes of kind, honest sentences in the morning can change the tone of the whole day. Pick your pillars, tap start, listen, and say each sentence back.

Today's affirmation

I am allowed to rest without earning it.

Your session

Which part of your life?

How many sentences?

Pick one pillar, a few, or all four.

How it works

Listen, then say it back. The voice says a sentence. Then it's your turn: say it out loud if you can, or quietly in your head. Present tense, in your own voice. "I am", "I can", "I choose", "I will". Short, kind and believable beats big and loud. You don't have to believe every word on day one. Try it on, like a new jacket.

Affirmations are no magic and no replacement for doing the thing. Think of them as the warm-up: they help you start the day on your own side.

Write your own

The strongest sentences are often your own. Start with "I am", "I can" or "I will", keep it short and in the present. They stay in this browser only and appear in your session as text, after the voice says "now, your own words".
