In 100 words
ifeelfive (ifeelfive.com) is a free, anonymous social purpose project with small, everyday impulses for a more fulfilled life across four pillars: Self, Social, Work and Purpose. It offers free tools to check in on how you feel, breathe, name a feeling with a feelings wheel, start the day with kind words and ask better questions, plus short notes in lists of five. The ideas come from weekly voice-to-voice interviews between an anonymous founder, "the friend", and an AI; the friend approves every piece of content before it is published. No accounts, no tracking cookies. Half of any future profit is pledged to purpose projects.

How ifeelfive is made
An anonymous social purpose project, built to outlive its founder. There is no face and no name behind ifeelfive, on purpose. The ideas, the tools and the brain they come from belong to the project, so it can keep inspiring people long after the friend who started it.
A weekly interview, human to AI. Every week the friend sits down for a voice-to-voice interview: he talks, an AI asks, like the host of a long podcast. It asks about his life, his experiences and the philosophies he lives by. Every conversation is added to a growing brain: a knowledge store of his philosophies, thoughts and experiences.
From brain to content, approved by a human. That brain is the context for small AI content teams. Out of it come the ideas for every note, video and tool, and the AI teams help turn them into texts, cards and videos, clearly labelled as AI-made. The friend reads and approves every single piece before it goes out.
Vibe-coded and lean. The website and its tools are built by the friend with AI, by vibe coding: describing what he wants and shaping it until it fits. That keeps costs low, so more can go into the purpose. Half of any future profit is pledged to purpose projects.
Who is the friend?
No name, no face, no company, no city. Just a friend past forty: a serial entrepreneur who keeps starting things, a father and a husband. Someone who treats his health as something worth protecting, explores new places and people with curiosity, and is the friend people call when it matters.
He lives by his Big Five for Life, an idea from John Strelecky. His five spell a word: Inspire, Family and friends, Explore, Enjoy every day, Longevity. Living all five is what he calls a good day, and that is where the name comes from: I feel five. Once a month he meets his forum of fellow entrepreneurs in EO, the Entrepreneurs' Organization, to talk about growth in Self, Social and Work. More about the friend
Press release
October 2026, for immediate release
ifeelfive launches as a free, anonymous place for small steps to a more fulfilled life
ifeelfive.com opens as a free, anonymous social purpose project with tools anyone can use in a few minutes: a two-minute check-in across Self, Social, Work and Purpose, guided breathing with a calm voice, a feelings wheel with 72 words, guided affirmations, lock-screen wallpapers, wake-up tones and a question game for families, couples, friends and teams. No account, no tracking cookies, no paywall.
Behind it is one anonymous founder, writing as "a friend". Every week he gives a voice-to-voice interview to an AI that asks about his life and the philosophies he lives by. Each conversation feeds a growing brain of his thoughts and experiences. AI content teams work from that brain, and nothing is published until he approves it. The site itself is vibe-coded. "Social media usually drains energy," ifeelfive says about its own channels. "We want to be the pause that recharges it."
ifeelfive is free. Half of any future profit is pledged to purpose projects, and nothing will ever be sold to someone in a vulnerable moment.

Interviews and questions
Write to [email protected]. The friend gives interviews in writing or with an AI voice, never on camera, and never under his real name. If you ask who he is, the answer is always the same: a friend. That's the point.
