About ifeelfive
ifeelfive is a free self-care site from an anonymous friend, built on one idea: Self first. Then the people you love. Then the work that matters. You will find free tools to check in, breathe and say kind words to yourself, and short notes in lists of five.
The idea is simple. A good life rests on four pillars: yourself, the people you love, the work that matters and the purpose that ties them together. The logo shows them as four lines with one stroke through them, like a tally mark for a day that counted.
What you find here
Every note is a list of five things: habits to stop, questions to ask, small ways to listen better. Each one is written to be read in two minutes and used the same day. The notes appear first on social media as cards and short videos and are collected here, easy to share.
And because everything starts with yourself, there are a few tools for the Self part: a two-minute check-in to see how you really feel, guided breathing to calm down or wake up, and the podcasts and books that inspire the friend.
Who is the friend?
No name. No face. No company, no city.
Just a friend. Past forty. A serial entrepreneur who keeps starting things. A father and a husband. Someone who treats his health as something worth protecting, who loves his family without holding back, and who is the friend people call when it matters. An explorer, curious about the next place and the next person. Someone who quietly makes others want more from their own lives.
He is driven by a purpose and by his Big Five for Life, the five things he wants his life to be about, an idea inspired by John Strelecky. His five spell a word: Inspire, Family and friends, Explore, Enjoy every day, Longevity. I‑F‑E‑E‑L. Living all five is what he calls a good day. That is where the name comes from: I feel five.
Once a month he sits down with a small circle of fellow entrepreneurs, his forum in EO, the Entrepreneurs' Organization. They talk about growth, about Self, Social and Work, and each of them starts with a five-percent update: the moments that mattered most in each of the three, the best and the worst. His aim is not to win at one of them. It is the highest level he can reach in all three at once, without letting any one of them tip over. Purpose is what ties them together.
And like anyone, he has voices in his ear: the podcasts and books that keep him curious. Here they are.
And he loves people. No matter the country, the colour, the religion or any other filter we use to keep each other apart.
Why he stays hidden
So the ideas can stand on their own, without a face or a title attached. Every note comes from real conversations and lived experience, not from studies or trends. If one of them lands, it doesn't matter who wrote it. It only matters that it's true for you.
Everything else is noise.
Where it appears
New notes appear first on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and our WhatsApp channel and are collected here with their full text, so you can find them again.
How we use AI
We are open about it: ifeelfive is made with the help of AI. The ideas come from real conversations with a human. AI helps turn them into texts and cards, and a human reads and approves every note before it is published.
In our videos (Reels and Shorts) the narrator's voice and the moving images are generated by AI. The voice is synthetic and does not belong to a real person, and the scenes did not really happen. Every video is labelled as AI-generated on the platform where it appears and on its page here.
The guiding voice on our Breathe and Affirmations pages is AI-generated as well, and says so in the player.
